The shoes did not fit you correctly and you want a different size. Find exchange instructions below

There was a factory defect in the shoe. We check each shoe before sending it, if in any case you find a defect in the shoes please send them back to us and we would send a replacement immediately.

To exchange a shoe, follow these simple instructions

1.Send us a mail at sales@ebhshop.com, highlighting the reason for exchange. If you want us to send a different size, please mention it also.

2.Send us the shoes through courier to:

3. As soon as we receive your exchange we would dispatch a replacement and email you informing about it.

To return a shoe for exchange, follow these simple instructions  Send us a mail at sales@ebhshop.com, highlighting the reason for exchange. Also mention your order details so that we can send the exchanged item.

1. Pack the shoes and contact a courier company to pick up the parcel. We recommend TCS and Professional couriers for their economical and fast service. To contact your nearest TCS office.

2. Send us the shoes through courier to:

As soon as we receive your exchange we would inspect it for defects and once approved, we would send you the exchange immediately through the most convenient and fastest method.
